Carding is an owner or was part of the development team for the first Affordable Assisted Living communities built in Arizona, Indiana, Ohio, Minnesota, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. The Carding team is currently exploring new development opportunities in Ohio, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
